MULDA type containers for skip loader vehicles with a capacity of 3 to 12m³ in an symmetrical, closed SD version.

Manufactured according to DIN 30720-1 or according to the customer’s individual technical specification.

Execution:

  • according to DIN30720-1
  • bottom for a capacity of 7 m³ made of sheet metal with a thickness of min. 5mm, above 6mm
  • sides min. 3mm to 7m³, over 7m³ – 4mm
  • two metal flaps / 2mm / with spring support as standard
  • upper frame made of a channel section with a cross-section of min. 50x80x50 in the wall, min. 4mm
  • additional horizontal reinforcement of the discharge wall
  • internal and external corner reinforcements
  • triple tipping hitch
  • hooks for the net / tarpaulin around the perimeter of the container
  • all welds of the load-bearing structure are made with continuous welds

Load capacity: 10,000 kg

  • surface cleaned mechanically and degreased before painting
  • primer and topcoat based on alkyd resins in any color from the RAL palette, applied with the AIRLESS AIRMIX hydrodynamic method
  • version with DURAFLEX plastic dampers
  • double bottom or walls with drip strainer and drain valve
  • reinforced version with a load capacity of up to 16,000 kg
  • epoxy / polyurethane varnishing
