Kontener MULDA typ A, AK lub S

MULDA type containers for skip loader vehicles with a capacity of 3 to 12m³ in an asymmetrical, open A version, with an opening flap AK or a symmetrical, open S version.

Manufactured according to DIN 30720-1 or according to the customer’s individual technical specification.

bottom for a capacity of 7 m³ made of sheet metal with a thickness of min. 5mm, above 6mm
sides min. 3mm to 7m³, over 7m³ – 4mm
upper frame made of a channel section with a cross-section of min. 50x80x50 in the wall, min. 4mm
additional horizontal reinforcement of the discharge wall
internal and external corner reinforcements
triple tipping hitch
hooks for the net / tarpaulin around the perimeter of the container
all welds of the load-bearing structure are made with continuous welds

surface cleaned mechanically and degreased before painting
primer and topcoat based on alkyd resins in any color from the RAL palette, applied with the AIRLESS AIRMIX hydrodynamic method

double bottom or walls with drip strainer and drain valve
reinforced version with a load capacity of up to 16,000 kg
epoxy / polyurethane varnishing
hot-dip galvanized version
